Whether you’re looking for a full-length film, extra coverage, or something a little more cinematic, these upgrades are designed to enhance your experience. If you’ve booked me through the all-inclusive venue package, you’re eligible for exclusive add-on options like the ones below.
Celebrate your love with an engagement session that captures the joy and excitement of this special chapter. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed, natural setting or something more stylized, we’ll create a fun, laid-back experience that reflects your unique connection. This session is the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create beautiful images you’ll cherish long before your big day arrives. Plus, you can use your photos for wedding invites, save-the-dates, and even printed decor at your reception.
Preserve the magic of your wedding and experience it again and again on a deeper level. I have several packages available along with some other optional addons. Fun fact: I started out as a videographer!
Here are a few vendors I personally recommend. Feel free to reach out to them directly for more details.
Our most popular upgrade. Your Villa de Amore all-inclusive package includes 400 beautifully edited, carefully curated images. Behind the scenes, we typically capture 3,000–10,000 photos and narrow them down to 700+ final selects, depending on your wedding’s size, details, and all the moments that unfold.
Without Upgrading
I fully edit all of the best images first. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll be able to favorite your must-have photos. If you stay with the standard package, you’ll be limited to selecting up to 400 favorites, and those will become your final delivered gallery. Photo downloads are restricted to one email address.
Upgrade to Unlock the Full Gallery
If you’d like more than the included 400 images, you can upgrade to the Full Gallery, which unlocks every edited photo from your wedding day—the candid hugs, joyful chaos, quiet in-betweens, and all the perspectives that complete your story.
The Full Gallery includes a minimum of 700 final edited images, and you’re free to share your gallery link so family and friends can download their favorites too.
Pricing:
-
$500 if added before your wedding (Best Value, Most Popular)
-
$650 if added after your gallery is delivered
Option 2: Tiered Upgrade Options (After the Wedding)
If you prefer a smaller increase in your final image count, you can choose from these post-delivery bundles:
-
450 total images (+50) – $250
-
500 total images (+100) – $450
-
600 total images (+200) – $850
-
700 total images (+300) – $1,200
Each tier offers a built-in discount compared to adding images individually.
If you’re considering adding videography to your Villa De Amore wedding coverage, it’s a beautiful way to relive the emotion, movement, and sound of your day — moments that photos alone can’t fully capture. I’ve developed five videography packages to fit a range of needs, and to keep it simple, it’s just $400 to reserve your videographer now. The remaining balance will depend on the package you choose as we get closer to the wedding.
One videographer for the 30 minute ceremony only. This delivers an edited multi-cam video of the ceremony.
- High-quality audio from three sources: DJ’s mixer (music), groom’s lapel mic, and a recorder on the handheld microphone.
- Up to three camera angles: one camera for each of you and the third centered to capture the processional and walkout.
- Fully edited Ceremony Film, synchronized for a seamless, immersive experience.
One videographer for up to 4 hours (starting with the ceremony)
- Short Documentary Film — All footage captured during this time period will be edited into one chronological documentary film. No highlight film will be delivered.
If additional hours are requested, it is $250 per hour for the 1 videographer. Therefore, for 8 hour coverage to deliver a full Documentary Film is $2,500.
One videographer for up to 4 hours (starting with the ceremony + additional footage for highlight)
- Edited multi-cam video of the ceremony
- Short Highlight Film—featuring moments from the ceremony, portraits, entrance, dances, and potentially toasts (if scheduled within the four-hour window).
If additional hours are requested, it is $250 per hour for the 1 videographer. Therefore, for 8 hour coverage to deliver a longer Highlight Film (and the full Ceremony video), is $3,000.
Potential to add on Full Toasts Video, Full Formal Dances Video, or Documentary later.
Videography for up to 8 hours, two team members. One videographer will be there the full 8 hours while the 2nd videographer will be there for a half-day, 4 hours (2 PM to 6 PM).
- Cinematic Highlight Video — featuring edited audio of vows & speeches, average duration 5-7 minutes.
- Full Ceremony Video ($450 value)
- Full Toasts Video ($250 value)
- Full Formal Dances Video ($250 value)
*Removing any item does not reduce the package price*
Videography for up to 8 hours, two team members.
- Cinematic Highlight Video
- + Full Documentary Film — all footage edited in chronological order into 1 hour + film ($1,200 value)
- + Full Wedding Gallery
- + Social Media Video — 60 second condensed video showcasing some of the best shots
- + BONUS: Engagement Session (valued up to $395 – click here to learn more)
- Service Availability: The videography packages and exclusive upgrade options listed here are only available when Nathan Goodwin Photography (DBA Brew Visuals) is booked as your wedding photography company. If you choose to work with another photographer for your wedding day, standard pricing will apply for all videography services. See Standard Pricing Here.
- Add-on Availability: Subject to change depending on the availability of my team members so it’s always worthwhile to book early. Other videography team referrals are available upon request.
- Associate Team: If Nathan Goodwin is personally unavailable for your wedding date, a trusted associate from his team will step in to photograph your day. You’ll still receive the same signature style, creative vision, and level of care. Nathan will remain your main point of contact, oversee the process, and personally edit your final gallery.
- Two Videographers: Two videographers are highly recommended to have more thorough coverage of your wedding day. For example, each of you would be assigned one videographer rather than having one move back and forth between both of you.
- Engagement Session Notes: Opting out of the “Bonus Engagement Photo Session” or “Engagement Session Credit” does not affect or lower the packaged price since everything is already offered at a bundle discount. Bonus Engagement Sessions valued at $295 are to be booked within 20 miles of Nathan Goodwin’s local area of Colton, CA with several beautiful preferred locations available in Redlands and Riverside. Travel fees apply for sessions scheduled outside of this radius. Villa De Amore is also another location opportunity to take your Engagement Photos, provided we schedule in advance and the venue does not have another event happening that date.
Additional Hours
Want more coverage before you arrive at Villa De Amore? Whether you’re getting ready at a nearby hotel or AirBnB, or perhaps you’re having a church ceremony beforehand — hourly rates take into consideration additional time on-site, travel, and additional photos/footage to edit.

- $250 per hour for Lead Videographer
- $100 per hour for 2nd Photographer
- $150 per hour for 2nd Videographer
Documentary Film | $1,200 – If your chosen package only includes a Highlight Film but you want the full Documentary.
Social Media Video | $350 – Add on to any video upgrade package from Silver to Platinum.
These vendors are not affiliated with Nathan Goodwin Photography—I’m simply recommending them based on past collaborations or because I admire their work.

Frequently Asked Questions
In order to lock in my schedule, please let me know what service(s) you are interested in and I can send a service proposal and contract. For example, do you just want the All-Inclusive Photography package? Or do you want to add Wedding Videography and/or Engagement Photos? If you want to add additional services, 25% will be collected upfront as an initial booking fee. The remaining balance will be processed 1 month before the wedding. I am also flexible when it comes to payment plans, so if your wedding is several months to a year in advance, we can also set up automatic monthly payments.
So far, I’ve personally been involved in every wedding featured in my portfolio. When couples book both photo and video, I often lead the videography side while one of my trusted lead photographers covers photos.
That said, 2026 is shaping up to be my busiest year yet (with 7 weddings in October alone), so I can no longer guarantee that I will personally photograph every wedding. Your assigned photographer will be finalized closer to your date based on team availability.
I will either step in myself or assign someone from my vetted professional network—never a random hire. My team is carefully built to reflect the same shared style and vision you see in my portfolio.
Regardless of who is there on the day, I remain your direct contact, manager, and editor. I oversee all pre-production planning, communication, and post-production editing. We’ll also schedule a call 30–60 days before your wedding so you can meet your lead photographer in advance.
At most venues, wedding photography of this level starts around $3,500 for 8 hours with two photographers, often with no photo cap. Villa’s all-inclusive package provides comparable coverage at a packaged promotional rate, making it more cost-effective than booking separately.
Another major benefit: our team knows Villa De Amore intimately. We’ve photographed dozens of weddings there, which means we know where to be and when, how to keep timelines on track, and how to work seamlessly with the staff.
The trade-off is the 400-photo cap, which is unique to the all-inclusive package. That’s why upgrades like the Full Gallery add-on exist (see below).
If you prefer, you may opt out of Villa’s included photography altogether and hire another photographer directly. This typically costs more but is always an option.
The Full Gallery upgrade ($500) applies to photography only. My team usually captures 7,000–10,000 photos, which I carefully curate down. Without the upgrade, you receive 400 edited photos (the cap set by the venue).
With the upgrade, you’ll instead receive the entire curated gallery—typically 800–1,300 edited photos. These include all the best moments from throughout the day, ensuring you don’t miss any little in-between moments or candid expressions that might otherwise be left out due to the cap.
It’s important to note that this upgrade covers photos only.
-
It does not include raw or unedited photos.
-
It does not apply to video.
For video, the equivalent option is the Documentary Film add-on, which provides a chronological, lightly edited version of all the footage captured. Videographers don’t release raw, unprocessed clips since they require syncing, stabilization, and color work—but the Documentary Film ensures you receive everything in a polished, watchable format.
I always recommend locking in photography first, then focusing on video later. Because I limit how many weddings I take each month, 2026 is already nearing capacity.
Most couples secure me within a week of our call to guarantee coverage. Booking early also gives you more flexibility if you’d like to spread payments out monthly rather than paying in milestones.
If you know you want video but aren’t ready to pick a package yet, you can reserve a videographer for $400 now and decide on the specific package later (no later than 4 months before your wedding).
Cinematic Highlight Film
-
Length: ~5–7 minutes (standard)
-
Style: Cinematic storytelling, weaving in vows, speeches, music, and key moments.
-
Content: Captures the full emotional arc of the day — from getting ready, ceremony, portraits, reception entrances, first dances, and open dancing.
-
Purpose: The “main feature film” that feels like a polished movie trailer of the wedding day.
Short Highlight Film
-
Length: Shorter than the standard Highlight (often 3–4 minutes).
-
Style: Similar cinematic edit, but condensed.
-
Content: Focuses on the most essential moments (ceremony, portraits, entrances, first dance, a few reception shots). May skip certain parts of the day depending on coverage time.
-
Purpose: A shorter cinematic recap for couples who booked fewer hours or want a streamlined keepsake.
Full Documentary Film
-
Length: ~1–1.5+ hours depending on coverage.
-
Style: Chronological edit of the entire day.
-
Content: Includes ceremony, toasts, formal dances, and major reception events in full, with clean audio and light editing for flow.
-
Purpose: For couples who want everything captured in long-form so they can relive their wedding day in detail.
Short Documentary Film
-
Length: Varies (usually 45 minutes depending on coverage).
-
Style: Condensed chronological film.
-
Content: Everything captured during the booked hours (e.g., ceremony + reception moments), edited together without the cinematic polish of a Highlight Film.
-
Purpose: A middle ground — longer than a highlight, but not the full extended edit.
Social Media Video (Trailer)
-
Length: ~60 seconds.
-
Style: Fast-paced, cinematic trailer edit.
-
Content: Condensed highlights set to music, optimized for Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook (can be delivered in vertical format).
-
Purpose: Shareable teaser designed for social platforms — short, fun, and engaging.
👉 The way I usually frame it for couples:
-
Highlight = cinematic, emotional “movie”
-
Short Highlight = same idea, just shorter
-
Documentary = full chronological story
-
Short Documentary = condensed chronological version
-
Social Media Video = quick, shareable trailer
Booked a few months before your wedding, this session is your opportunity to celebrate this special phase of your life at a beautiful location.

It’s my goal to document your true and authentic love story in the moment. Much of this will simply be documenting the day as is, but you can also have an element of control if you plan correctly. We’ll work together to determine exactly what you’re looking for with your photos/videos – so feel free to send me examples you might find online so I have a better idea of your vision.
Your photo gallery will be delivered within 5-7 weeks after your wedding. Video will be delivered within 10-12 weeks after your wedding via a downloadable HD video file(s).
